Hi Bluefins families,

A huge thank you to everyone who has volunteered so far this season! Our meets and team events only happen because our families jump in and help. We truly appreciate the time, energy, and teamwork you have already given to support our swimmers.

We still have a few important volunteer spots open, and we would love your help filling them. These roles are a fun way to be part of the action, connect with other families, and help make the season special for our swimmers. 🏊🏊

Most Urgent: Awards Banquet Help Needed 🎉

Our Awards Banquet is coming up fast on July 11, and we still need volunteers to help prepare for and run the event. Our biggest need right now is a Banquet Coordinator so we can finalize plans and make sure the celebration is ready to go.

Open Awards Banquet positions include:

• Banquet Coordinator — Help keep the event organized and moving forward. This is our top priority right now so we can make preparations in time.
• Banquet Set Up — Help transform the space and get everything ready before the celebration begins.
• Coaches’ Gift Organizer — Help us recognize and thank the coaches who have supported our swimmers all season. 🎁
• Banquet Clean Up — Help us wrap up the celebration and leave the space in great shape.

Upcoming Meet Volunteer Positions Still Needed 🏊

We also still need help filling a few positions at our upcoming meets. These jobs are fun, important, and help keep the day running smoothly for everyone.

Open meet positions include:

• Race Timers — Front-row seats to the races! Cheer from the lane while helping capture each swimmer’s time. ⏱️
• Heat Winner Awards — One of the most fun jobs on deck! You get to hand out the rubber ducks to heat winners and celebrate swimmers right after their races. 🐥
• Grillers — Help keep everyone fed and happy during the meet. 🍔
• Cantina/Snack Bar Attendants — Keep the snack bar moving and help fuel swimmers and families. 🍿
• Cantina Clean Up — Help us close out the snack bar quickly so everyone can head home sooner.

We really cannot do these events without volunteers. Every role matters, and even one open spot can make the day harder for everyone else. Please take a look at the open positions and sign up where you can.
