Your dedication and contribution to our community are what truly bring the Bluefins spirit to life. Firstly, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the families who have already signed up to volunteer for this thrilling event. Your support and dedication do not go unnoticed. The success of our swim meets, indeed the vitality of our team, hinges on your commitment and we are truly grateful.

Volunteering at our swim meets isn't just about supporting the swimmers; it's also a wonderful opportunity to strengthen the bonds within our Bluefins family. As we work together, share experiences and cheer our young athletes on, we create more than just a team - we create a community. With this in mind, we kindly ask that if for any reason you are unable to fulfill your volunteer shift, please find a suitable replacement. Each volunteering role plays a crucial part in the smooth running of our activities, and when a position is left unfilled, it can create additional stress for the entire team. However, if finding a replacement seems daunting, please do reach out to us.

We understand that circumstances vary and are here to help. We have alternate tasks that may better fit your situation and we would much prefer to work out a solution together than have you remove yourself from a task. We believe that when we communicate effectively and support each other, we're not just building a swim team; we're building a family. Thank you once again for your unwavering support.
